We’re delighted to announce that MobSTR has been named a finalist for Cybersecurity Solution of the Year at the Yorkshire Tech Awards 2026.
The awards celebrate achievement across Yorkshire’s technology community, recognising the people, teams and organisations developing technology and putting it to work.
For MobSTR, this is a proud milestone in our work to help organisations understand the security and privacy risks within the applications they use.
Mobile apps and browser extensions support everyday work, but assessing their permissions, software components and handling of information can take considerable time. MobSTR brings automated analysis and clear risk ratings together to help security, IT and information governance teams make informed decisions and reassess applications as they change.
Our focus is practical: giving teams evidence they can use to decide whether an application is appropriate for their organisation and where further investigation is needed.
Thank you to our customers for their trust and feedback, and to everyone involved in developing and supporting MobSTR. Congratulations also to our fellow finalists.
The awards ceremony takes place at New Dock Hall in Leeds on Wednesday 16 December 2026. We look forward to celebrating with Yorkshire’s technology community.
