This policy covers the MobSTR marketing website. Cookies and similar browser storage can remember your choices and help us understand how visitors use the site. Optional analytics is off unless you choose to enable it.
What we use and why
Analytics is your choice
On mobstr.io, consenting visits are measured in our existing HubSpot account. We use page views, referral sources and campaign information to improve our content and understand which activity leads to enquiries. Enquiry details are stored separately in the MobSTR CRM, without a HubSpot tracking identifier. We do not load advertising pixels, session recordings or automatic capture of unsubmitted forms.
You can reject optional tracking, save a choice in the preferences panel or withdraw it at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. We also honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. If your browser prevents preference storage, your choice can only be remembered for the current page. Analytics is disabled on development and preview addresses.
Enquiry forms and bookings
You can send an enquiry without accepting analytics. The details you submit go to the independent MobSTR CRM, hosted on Cloudflare through ChatGPT Sites, so Mark and James can respond. Demo requests include your preferred date, time and time zone; the time is confirmed separately by email. Booking and enquiry details are not sent to HubSpot.
Videos
Video covers are hosted on this website. Vimeo is contacted only after you select play; Vimeo then receives information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the film. We enable its do-not-track mode. Essential playback and security cookies may still be used, and existing Vimeo cookies may be sent by your browser.
